Reservations and Policy

To make a reservation, contact Eleonora Passalacqua via e-mail, (rivieramex@aol.com), or telephone, (847-577-2905)Central Standard Time. The desired available dates will be “temperariliy” reserved, and a Rental Agreement will be provided to you. Please send back the completed and signed rental agreement along with an initial payment containing 50% of the rental fee plus a security deposit of $350 USD. The balance of rental fee must be received within 60 days prior to arrival date.

Payments can be made by the following methods:

1) Money Order / Cashier Check
2) Wire Transfer to USA ($25 domestic / $40 International)
3) Personal Check

      Date changes are to be discussed personally with Eleonora and subject to penalty.

Once initial payment and completed-signed Rental Agreement is received, then a confirmation acknowledgement will be provided to you.

***An additional $170 will be charged to each additional person over 8th person of occupancy


Cancellation refund policy is as stated below:

If the reservation is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival, a one (1) night's fee will be deducted from the deposit paid. The entire deposit will be forfeited for cancellations made between 30~ 61 days prior to arrival or for holiday bookings. the entire rental amount will be forfeited for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival.

      No refund is provided for early departures.
      Date changes are to be discussed personally with Eleonora and subject to penalty.

Check-in / Check-out:

Check-In : After 3:00 P.M. C.S.T.
Check-out: Before 11:00 A.M. C.S.T.
      Any significant changes to these standard times are to be discussed with Eleonora.


Security deposit is $350 USD. Provided that there is no more than the reasonable clean up and nothing is damaged or missing, a check for the full amount($350 USD) will be mailed to you within 14 days of departure.

Damages or lost items will be deducted at replacement cost, which may include but is not limited to labor expense, shipping, and importation costs.

Guests are responsible for the property, its contents, and themselves during occupancy, and must follow the guidelines and cautions provided in the “Guest Book” provided within entry of the premise.


In the event of a maintenance problem, the property administrator will strive to have the issue repaired as soon as possible. However, no refund or rate adjustment shall be made for unforeseen failures such as the supply of electricity, water, pool filtration systems, air conditioning, telephone, television or satellite service, appliances, etc. It is the guests obligation to report any problems or damage immediately to the administrator or/and owner.
